My Track Record
The Thinking Academy was founded by Leonie Hurrell, a former headteacher with 15 years leadership experience in schools whose own experience with coaching empowered her to lead schools successfully. She now leads an associate team to offer 5 star coaching support and provide exceptional coaching training for schools wishing to adopt a coaching approach.
“Thank you so much for my amazing coaching session yesterday. It was transformative and empowering. I can honestly say that it has given me the most incredible lift that I didn’t think would be possible, leading a school in a pandemic. I have already taken steps to change for the better and can feel the impact of that. Amazing!” — PRIMARY HEADTEACHER, SOMERSET
“This is certainly the most interesting and impactful external CPD I have attended in 9 years of teaching in the UK..” — EXECUTIVE HEADTEACHER, DEVON
