The Thinking Academy

The Thinking Academy provides one-to-one and  group coaching in schools,  supervision for established coaches in schools and training in coaching practice.   The Thinking Academy was founded by Leonie Hurrell, a former headteacher with 15 years leadership experience in schools whose own experience with coaching empowered her to lead schools successfully. She now leads an associate team to offer 5 star coaching support and provide exceptional coaching training for schools wishing to adopt a coaching approach. Find Out More
