Aspirations Teaching School Alliance

The Aspirations Teaching School Alliance is an innovative and forward thinking professional development organisation preparing teachers to deliver an authentic education for the 21st century. We provide high-quality training and support delivered by school leaders with a first class record of school improvement in challenging circumstances and examination success, coupled with the experience of developing new schools and new pedagogies.

The Aspirations Teaching School Alliance is part of the Aspirations Academies Trust. The Trust has three, age 2 to 19, school Districts in Banbury, London and the South Coast. The Teaching School Alliance operates in the three District hubs with Magna Academy Poole acting as the central base.
