Introduction to Complaints Management

This workshop is aimed at leadership teams, bursars, office admin and governors wanting a general overview of the complaints policy and procedure.
At the end of the workshop delegates are
- aware of the complaints policy and procedures and their legal requirements
- the role of the DfE and ESFA in the complaints process
- aware of their own roles within them
- confident in the operation of the complaints policy
- able to understand and contribute to a positive feedback culture
