Complaint Review Committee/Panels

This workshop is aimed at leadership teams, governors and clerks who are required to undertake roles in the complaints committee/panel meetings.

At the end of the workshop delegates are

• clear on the complaints policy and procedure and their roles within it in relation to the review
• confident in undertaking all aspects of a review committee/panel including preparation, operation and follow up requirements
• able to write a robust committee/panel report and formal response to the complainant
• aware of the DfE and the ESFA requirements
