This workshop is aimed at leadership teams and governors who are required to undertake complaints investigations and write formal response.
At the end of the workshop delegates are
- clear on the complaints policy and investigation procedure and how to meet legislative requirements
- confident in undertaking their own complaints investigations
- able to write a investigation reports and robust formal responses to the complainant (including the identification of learning points)
- aware of the DfE and the ESFA requirements
